Our responsibility
Sustainability is part of everything we do at Allicon. For us, it is pivotal to run our business ethically and responsibly in any aspect with regard to our customers, employees and everyone that are affected by our business and solutions.
We believe in cooperation and that we, together with our partners, customers and their customers can reach an even better result than if we work independently. We monitor the work with the sustainability platform for property owners, Klimatplattformen, to be able to contribute with improvements within the areas of energy, material and transportation. We support our customers, the property owners, in their certification process within Swedish Green Building Council. Finally, Allicon’s infrastructure solutions and processes strongly contribute to sustainability including sharing of assets, long life cycles, using less materials and reducing transport.

How we work sustainable
Through our solutions, services and working processes we also want to contribute to our customers’ sustainability goals. We evaluate our processes, suppliers and how we work to continuously improve our already highly set sustainability goals.
We apply a Proof of Concept approach – testing in smaller scale, usually together with partners and customers, to be able to evaluate and scale up when we reach the goals set. This saves resources and is an efficient way of reaching high results quickly.
Our future-proofing networks with long life-cycles, which are installed in resource efficient processes, contribute to the sustainability goals of the property owners. With modern and high quality infrastructure, the property owners can utilize technology in the buildings in the best possible ways; such as optimization of energy consumption from heating, ventilation, air-condition and lighting in order to reduce energy consumption, emissions as well as costs. We believe in a more efficient management of infrastructure by using the networks during very long time periods regardless of tenants being replaced over and over, as well as new functions being added to the building, using the networks already in place.
Global goals for sustainable development – Agenda 2030
The UN global goals for sustainable development is a foundation in our work within sustainability. We are using the goals both for our own operations as well as contributing to our customers reaching their sustainability goals.
Our code of conduct and sustainability policies are formed to in the best way possible support Agenda 2030 with regard to our working procedures, how our employees act and what we require from our partners and suppliers.
