ModernLink offers secure and high capacity broadband services based on fiber. The philosophy is simple: SME customers should have access to fast and secure fiber based broadband services, without having to pay additional fees for extras they don’t need.
ModernLink is available in commercial buildings with fiber networks operated by Allicon.
Our process
Through years of experience we have developed an effective process that takes you from preparation to an activated and operated network with full support and service. Our structured approach to robust processes and routines enables effective and rapid roll-outs, especially in large property portfolios.
Open to any operator, our networks’ high quality and capacity means they support both today’s and tomorrow’s technology. We ensure they cover the entire building, with access to each premises as well as access points for the property owner’s needs for the building.
1. Preparation
We put together a project team, led by a project manager. A project plan with an installation solution is suggested, based on your conditions and needs.
2. Project start
A kick off meeting starts the project, structure and routines for internal communication is set up, the project plan is finalised, and information about the tenants is gathered.
3. Tenant focus
We make sure your tenants are aware and involved, informing them about every step in the process and offering support for the choice of service and service provider.
4. Installation
The fiber network is installed and connected to incoming fiber. Everything is labeled, measured and well-documented.
5. Service provider selection
Now it’s time for the tenants to choose their service and service provider. We make preparations for long term management and maintenance.
6. Documentation & inspection
Final inspection of the installation is conducted, the solution is documented and all information is made available for the property owner.
7. Activation
Tenants are connected to their service provider of choice. We make agreements with you on routines and go through the SLA. We handle support regarding network and broadband.
8. Operating the network
Operating the network means close collaboration with the property owner, tenants and operators, helping to solve everyday issues regarding connectivity. Networks and network data are regulary updated.
