Corem has upgraded its properties in the Globen area with open fiber infrastructure

In one of Stockholm's largest and most exciting development areas, Corem is the leading property owner with both office buildings and shopping quarters in the Globen area. Allicon has, on behalf of Corem, upgraded over 105,000 square meters with modern, safe and reliable fiber infrastructure.

The properties house a large number of tenants with varying businesses that demand increasingly secure and flexible connectivity solutions. Corem needed a sustainable solution for tenant infrastructure over time, as there are ongoing changes in tenants in the properties. At the same time, the solution also had to support Corem's own need for digital infrastructure for connected and smarter buildings.

Complete responsibility for upgrading and operating themore than 250 premises

In 2022–2023, Allicon carried out a complete upgrade of Corem's properties in the Globen area on behalf of Corem. Over 105,000 square meters of total area with over 250 potential premises and technical spaces were equipped with modern fiber infrastructure in the form of Allicon's open service solution.

Allicon now has total responsibility for both the project and the operation of the facility, including tenant services, network management, fault resolution, and expansion of the property network as needed, as well as advising Corem.


Technical Solution

  • Installation of a well-documented and uniform fiber property network according to Robust Fiber with fiber outlets in all potential leasable premises.

  • All incoming fiber networks interconnected with the fiber property network for high availability and redundancy.

  • Corem can address unique tenant needs through Allicon as a customized solution, which is documented in coordination with the rest of the network infrastructure.

  • Corem does not allow the establishment of other network infrastructure in the properties and aims to gradually remove previously undocumented infrastructure over time.

  • The entire solution is digitally documented through Allicon's PropView® system, where all changes in the network environment are updated in real-time.

Affärsmodell
