Allicon Summarizes 2025 – Strong Growth and Positive Cash Flow

As we look back on 2025, we can proudly conclude that it has been another successful year for Allicon. We have continued our positive development with strong growth and positive cash flow. This has been made possible thanks to the trust of our customers and our shared commitment to creating world-leading connectivity for the properties of the future.
We are pleased to report that our annual revenue landed well above our ambitious growth target, supported by stable underlying growth in our core business. Even more importantly, during the year we achieved our long-term goal of positive cash flow, while surpassing 200 connected properties and more than 3,000 tenant premises — a clear confirmation that our offering meets market demand.
Successful Customer Projects During the Year
2025 was marked by many exciting collaborations with both existing and new customers. Within our property owner segment, we successfully delivered projects for leading real estate companies:

… chose Allicon for advisory and support in their digitalization journey.
We have also continued the rollout of future-proof connectivity for industry-leading Alecta Fastigheter at Bredden in Upplands Väsby, Nacka Strand in Stockholm, Gullbergsvass in Gothenburg, and the Giraffen shopping center in Kalmar.

We see increasing relevance in our offering and strong demand for our advisory services, where the new cybersecurity legislation is creating clear expectations among our customers and their tenants.
During the year, we also continued our important work with Västra Götalandsregionen, where our team acts as an advisor in the rollout of 5G across approximately twenty hospitals. The 5G market is beginning to gain momentum, and we support our customers with strategic advisory, solution design, and implementation.
PropView Continues to Evolve
Our innovative platform PropView forms an important part of our offering. During the year, we completed a successful co-development project with T-Mobile USA and are now focusing on establishing our generic version, PropView Design, in the market.
The platform automates the design and quotation process for indoor solutions, generating significant efficiency gains for both us and our customers. Through AI-based machine learning and automation of critical workflows, we have built a market-leading capability that creates clear value for operators in their digital transformation journey for indoor connectivity solutions.
