Experiencing all benefits with one in-building network operator
The scope of our work with Wallenstam is an accurate illustration of the potential with our solutions. We were initially appointed to extend incoming local fiber networks to our in-building fiber networks. Following the smooth installation in two complex pilot properties, Wallenstam soon realised the many benefits with our network solution.
A framework agreement was signed, comprising all of Wallenstam’s commercial properties. A detailed roll-out scheme was also worked out, including internal communication and information to the tenants. In a year, our networks had been installed in some 75 buildings, engaging a big number of installation teams in parallel. In close collaboration with Wallenstam, we now operate the fiber networks and every aspect that comes with them. Everyday issues for the tenants and service providers are solved, and Wallenstam key functions served such as tenant and rental services, technical property management and IT.
Wallenstam now directs all broadband services to the in-building networks and old installations are gradually eliminated. With the benefits of one network and one in-building operator, Wallenstam is widely known as a property owner with a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure. Moreover, substantial value is created through cost savings and enabling incremental income streams.
