Vectura builds the properties of the future – with Allicon’s digital infrastructure
Forskaren is a building focused on tenants within life science, where Allicon provides the digital infrastructure.
Vectura is one of Sweden’s most innovative property companies – always with sustainability in focus. Together with Allicon, they have created a digital infrastructure that combines security, energy efficiency, and future-proof technology for both tenants and property operations. Among the projects is the renowned building Forskaren in Hagastaden.
To meet high demands for stable and secure connectivity, Vectura has chosen Allicon as its partner in connectivity. We have delivered a complete solution ranging from fiber infrastructure and networks to advanced services such as high-performance WiFi, property IT, and mobile indoor coverage solutions.
The entire network solution is digitally documented through our PropView® system, which enables real-time monitoring of changes in the network environment. This provides Vectura with full transparency, high operational reliability, and the ability to scale up for future needs.
“Allicon has truly shown great responsiveness to our needs and expertise in advising, delivering, and operating the chosen connectivity solutions,” says Jesper Forslund, Director Technical Asset Management at Vectura.
One of the most prestigious projects is Forskaren, which has quickly become a new landmark in Stockholm with its unique architecture. For everyone who works, lives, or visits Hagastaden, Forskaren serves as a modern living room with open spaces – where Allicon provides the digital infrastructure.
Reduced climate impact
With connectivity as a service, Vectura can offer its tenants unified, sustainable, and cost-effective network solutions – while at the same time reducing the climate impact of the digital infrastructure provided by Allicon by around 75 percent.
“For us, connectivity is not just about technology – it is a prerequisite for creating sustainable, attractive, and vibrant properties. The collaboration with Vectura shows how digital infrastructure can contribute to both reduced climate impact and improved quality of life for those who use the buildings,” says Andreas Boo, CEO of Allicon.
Jesper Forslund at Vectura concludes:
“We look forward to continued good collaboration for future properties.”
