A Christmas Greeting from Allicon and Summary of 2024
We wish our customers, partners and colleagues a nice end to the year and a wonderful holiday.
It's that time of year when time seems to fly, and Christmas and New Year are fast approaching. Before we head off for the holidays, we at Allicon would like to take a moment to thank our customers and partners for an eventful year and provide a summary of 2024.
Changes in the global environment demand adaptability across all parts of society. At Allicon, we have focused on strengthening the resilience of property connectivity. We observe a continuous increase in the need for control, authority, and robustness, while user demands are becoming higher and more precise. Safer and faster connectivity, reliable Wi-Fi, and stable mobile coverage are now fundamental requirements.
Security: A Common Theme in 2024
Security has also been a recurring theme in many of the contributions to our newsletters this year:
"I see something of a brutal awakening among many property owners as tenants are generally setting increasingly higher demands. Who would want to rent space in a building that doesn’t meet sustainability requirements or shows security flaws?" says Magnus Meyer, Chairman of the Board at Svevia.
"I see great potential for improvement in terms of security, and I would say the biggest threat is outdated equipment, such as property IT systems that don’t adhere to the latest standards," says Lars Cederholm, CTO at Conscia.
"We need to build robust systems that function in both everyday situations and crises. One should remember that hospitals are not spared in times of war. The internal technology must still work, even if a moat were built around a hospital," says Christian Bohlin, IT Infrastructure Strategist at Västra Götaland Region.
Security and robustness will remain top priorities for many organizations in the coming year. For us at Allicon, these are inherently embedded in our solutions, and we look forward to continuing to provide and develop these offerings in 2025.
Revenue Doubled
During the year, Allicon has had the privilege of welcoming many new customers and installing solutions in some of the country’s most progressive buildings. At the same time, we’ve worked hard to create even more user-friendly solutions within an attractive business model, resulting in consistently high customer satisfaction.
From a financial perspective, we can also report stable growth, with Allicon’s revenue doubling this year while maintaining strong profitability.

Strong Interest in PropView
One key to our successful deliveries is our unique digital platform, PropView, which has generated significant interest. This autumn, we undertook a major development project for a leading operator.
"We see that our deep expertise in operator neutrality and high-performing indoor solutions helps us meet our customers’ needs very effectively, and this is something we will continue to focus on next year," concludes Andreas Boo.
