Property owners
We provide the property with structured fiber networks as a foundation, and operator-neutral 5G indoor solutions. Our Neutral Host Service operates the networks in collaboration with the property owner, tenants and telecom operators. You get full control over the digital infrastructure in the building, and we are always on hand for support. Connection everywhere you choose, data collection, analysis and machine learning, positioning, proptech and IoT solutions. Applicable selection of service packages from us
Many of our customers add new services and upgrade the connection over time, when they realize how much value our solutions and PropView® add. These might include redundancy, wider Wi-Fi solutions, and radio solutions. Radio solutions are becoming increasingly relevant with the expansion of 5G.
From pilot to scaling
Once the initial solution is determined, we usually start with a pilot comprising up to ten properties. Lessons are learned from the pilot and, if necessary, the solution is adjusted as well as the communication with your organization and the tenants.
When it's time to scale up, we have carefully designed and integrated processes, which we carry out with you, and with invaluable system support in PropView®. Once the infrastructure is in place, our continuous work begins to efficiently operate the networks via the Neutral Host Service. Again, PropView® is the backbone to handle all matters and guarantee security and efficiency.
Operator Neutrality and Neutral Host
The majority of the infrastructure we operate is operator-neutral networks, or open networks. This means that internet providers and mobile operators deliver services to the property owner and suppliers, tenants and visitors. A cost-effective model that works for everyone, regardless of operator! This is becoming increasingly important as the need for 5G indoor networks grows.
In many cases, multi-operator networks are preferred, with which all operators connect and reach their customers. In some properties, dedicated networks are better suited. Regardless of which solution you choose, we represent you as a property owner. In the multi-operator networks, we are the Neutral Host (i.e. the operator of the networks inside the property) where the mobile operators connect. We guarantee a safe solution, installation, operation and monitoring, and enabling for all stakeholders.
