Technical Solution

  • Through PropView®, installation of a digitally documented and standardized fiber property network in accordance with Robust Fiber – with fiber outlets in all premises.

  • All incoming fiber networks interconnected with the property fiber network for high availability and redundancy.

  • Through PropView®, installation of a digitally documented Ethernet LAN for the properties’ technical networks and for connecting WiFi access points.

  • Managed active network – a hybrid solution where network equipment (switches, access points, SD-WAN) is local but controlled via the cloud – ensuring an always updated, secure, and reliable network for both property IT and WiFi.

  • Stable WiFi in common areas and co-working spaces, with the option for tenants to add their own WiFi coverage – smarter for both the environment and the economy.

  • For tenants with unique needs, Vectura and Allicon of course provide tailored solutions, documented as part of the overall network infrastructure.

  • Design and delivery of solutions for indoor mobile coverage, including both public multi-operator networks and private networks.

  • The entire solution is digitally documented via Allicon’s PropView system, where all network changes are updated in real time.
